Saturday, I went to the meeting with my sporty part not enough used... I
slip on my converses (no mum! I haven't yet bought my running snickers... what!?! Yes I've plan to start to run... but not yet... it's the suspense...), and took my direct train to Blue Montains!!
2 hours later, here we are Anne, Marie and I in the middle of the national parc facing the 3 sisters!
sculpting by erosion, this pics are on the top of a cliff who are dominate the parc, and the legend says these beautiful young ladies had fallen in love with three brothers from the Nepean tribe, yet tribal law forbade them to marry. The brothers were not happy to accept this law and so decided to use force to capture the three sisters causing a major tribal battle. As the lives of the three sisters were seriously in danger, a witchdoctor from the Katoomba tribe took it upon himself to turn the three sisters into stone to protect them from any harm. While he had intended to reverse the spell when the battle was over, the witchdoctor himself was killed. As only he could reverse the spell to return the ladies to their former beauty, the sisters remain in their magnificent rock formation as a reminder of this battle for generations to come.
A day spending to walk around and to go down at the canyon bottom by 800 stairs dig direct in the roc in the middle of eucalyptus forest, where come from the blue mountains name. The threes reject essenciels oil in the air which in evaporating form this bleu steam!
In brief it was a sporty and intense Saturday, you understand now why I heva spent 4 days to post it... stiffs fault of course...
